La <strong>bonne collaboration<\/strong> entre les autorit\u00e9s, les associations, les citoyens et les initiatives priv\u00e9es a permis de lancer et de mettre en \u0153uvre r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de nouveaux projets. Ainsi, ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, l&rsquo;\u00e9cole et la salle communale ont notamment \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9nov\u00e9es et r\u00e9am\u00e9nag\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;<strong>introduction de la cadence horaire<\/strong> de l&rsquo;Auto AG Uri sur la ligne Altdorf \u2013 Isenthal, qui n&rsquo;a \u00e9t\u00e9 possible que gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un engagement important et d&rsquo;innombrables discussions, peut \u00e9galement \u00eatre consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un grand succ\u00e8s. L&rsquo;offre de transports publics a ainsi doubl\u00e9. Pour l&rsquo;instant, il s&rsquo;agit de maintenir cette offre. L&rsquo;offre comprend un accueil le matin, pendant la pause de midi et l&rsquo;apr\u00e8s-midi par du personnel form\u00e9 \u00e0 la p\u00e9dagogie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R\u00e9novation du terrain de sport <em>Gubeli<\/em><\/strong> : Le terrain de sport <em>Gubeli<\/em> est un lieu de rencontre tr\u00e8s appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 des jeunes et des enfants de la commune. Le rev\u00eatement du terrain \u00e9tant vieillissant, la commune a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de le r\u00e9nover. Gr\u00e2ce au soutien du Parrainage suisse pour les communes de montagne et de nombreux donateurs, ce projet a pu \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 2024. Les adolescents peuvent utiliser gratuitement les installations de loisirs et de sport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>R\u00e9novation du logement pour groupes<\/strong> : Le logement pour groupes situ\u00e9 au-dessus du gymnase de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole d&rsquo;Isenthal est souvent utilis\u00e9 par des associations et des groupes de jeunes pour des semaines de camp. Afin d&rsquo;adapter son utilisation aux besoins actuels, les locaux ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9nov\u00e9s en 2024. Le toit a \u00e9t\u00e9 refait, mieux isol\u00e9 et les espaces int\u00e9rieurs ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9am\u00e9nag\u00e9s afin de rendre l&rsquo;h\u00e9bergement encore plus attrayant pour les semaines de camp destin\u00e9es aux enfants et aux jeunes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Coworking-Tourist 2.0<\/strong> : La poursuite de l&rsquo;exploitation de l&rsquo;auberge sous le nom de \u00ab Coworking-Tourist 2.0 \u00bb en 2025 permettra \u00e9galement aux jeunes de participer. Un caf\u00e9 est pr\u00e9vu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-black-color has-css-opacity has-black-background-color has-background aligncenter is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Difficult\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Finances<\/strong> : La commune d&rsquo;Isenthal fait partie des communes les plus pauvres de Suisse. Ce n&rsquo;est que gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un engagement important dans la recherche de dons et \u00e0 la bonne volont\u00e9 de nombreux donateurs g\u00e9n\u00e9reux que la commune peut r\u00e9aliser les projets urgents et n\u00e9cessaires. Avec le projet <em>Isleten Resort<\/em>, on esp\u00e8re de re\u00e7evoir un nouvel \u00e9lan au d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Exode rural<\/strong> : Comme d&rsquo;autres communes de montagne, la commune d&rsquo;Isenthal est fortement touch\u00e9e par l&rsquo;exode rural. Au cours des dix derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la population a diminu\u00e9 d&rsquo;environ 65 personnes. Il faut des initiatives, des emplois, des r\u00e9sidences principales et davantage d&rsquo;investissements dans la construction de logements. L&rsquo;entraide est un facteur positif, notamment dans le cadre de la gestion communautaire du magasin du village, du t\u00e9l\u00e9ski et de l&rsquo;auberge \u00ab Gasthaus Tourist \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Maintien de l&rsquo;\u00e9cole et du magasin du village<\/strong> : Afin de rester attractif pour les familles \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir, il est extr\u00eamement important
