Plusieurs <strong>jeunes familles<\/strong> ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de s&rsquo;installer dans la commune. Cela a redynamis\u00e9 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole et les plus de 20 associations, contribuant ainsi de mani\u00e8re significative \u00e0 une vie villageoise active.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La commune s&rsquo;efforce d&rsquo;\u00eatre innovante et peu bureaucratique et propose par exemple un <strong>accueil gratuit pendant la pause de midi<\/strong>, une <strong>application <\/strong>sp\u00e9cialement destin\u00e9e aux habitants d&rsquo;Untersch\u00e4chen et une <strong>voiture \u00e9lectrique<\/strong> \u00e0 louer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le <strong>service de transport organis\u00e9<\/strong> <em>Sch\u00e4ch\u00e4-Express<\/em> ram\u00e8ne les jeunes chez eux en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 apr\u00e8s le dernier car postal, d&rsquo;octobre \u00e0 mai. Cette offre a \u00e9t\u00e9 compl\u00e9t\u00e9e par un groupe WhatsApp permettant de rechercher ou de proposer des covoiturages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;association de jeunesse propose aux jeunes un programme annuel attrayant. Le <strong>local de jeunesse<\/strong>, ouvert en 2014, accueille les jeunes une fois par mois pour qu&rsquo;ils puissent se rencontrer et \u00e9changer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-black-color has-css-opacity has-black-background-color has-background aligncenter is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Projets en cours<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La commune se concentre actuellement sur la cr\u00e9ation et l&rsquo;<strong>optimisation de structures<\/strong> afin de relever les d\u00e9fis financiers dans le domaine scolaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <strong>cr\u00e9ation de nouveaux logements<\/strong> afin de rester attractif pour la jeune g\u00e9n\u00e9ration et ses familles \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir constitue \u00e9galement un grand projet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color has-black-color has-css-opacity has-black-background-color has-background aligncenter is-style-dots\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Difficult\u00e9s<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Malheureusement, la commune d&rsquo;Untersch\u00e4chen ne compte que tr\u00e8s peu d&rsquo;entreprises commerciales et peut offrir donc <strong>tr\u00e8s peu d&#8217;emplois<\/strong>. Une grande partie de la population fait donc quotidiennement la navette vers la vall\u00e9e. La num\u00e9risation offre ici des opportunit\u00e9s pour rendre un village de montagne plus attractif pour le march\u00e9 du travail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-text-color
